01 · NONE32 TREATMENT GUIDE

Dental implants,
without the shortcuts.

A dental implant is not just a screw. It is a planned rehabilitation that depends on anatomy, bone, biology, bite, materials and time. Our job is to explain what can be done now, what should wait, and why.

PLANNING AN IMPLANT IN TIJUANA?

Start with your case, not a sales pitch.

Send us your recent X-rays, CT/CBCT or treatment plan if you have them. We can help you understand what still needs to be evaluated before you make the trip.

Clear information. Real limitations. Individual planning.

NO TWO PATIENTS ARE THE SAME.
01

WHAT AN IMPLANT ACTUALLY IS

Three parts. One biological process.

The implant fixture is placed in the jaw and acts as the foundation. An abutment connects that foundation to the visible crown. The crown is the part designed to look and function like a tooth.

The important part happens underneath: the surrounding bone must heal around and maintain contact with the implant surface. That process is called osseointegration. A beautiful crown cannot compensate for poor planning, inadequate stability or unhealthy surrounding tissues.

02

IMPLANT QUALITY

Material matters. So does the system behind it.

Many established dental implant systems use commercially pure titanium or titanium alloys because of their long clinical history and biocompatibility. Implant quality is more than the word “titanium”: design, surface characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, genuine restorative components, documentation and long-term availability of parts also matter.

We want patients to know what implant system is being placed. As NONE32 standardizes its implant vendors, this page can also show the exact systems and component documentation used in the clinic.

  • Ask what implant system and restorative components are being used.
  • Keep the implant record, lot information and restoration details for future maintenance.
  • Do not judge implant quality from a low package price alone.
03

EXPECTATIONS VS. REALITY

“Same-day tooth” and “same-day implant” are not the same promise.

An implant may sometimes be placed the day a tooth is removed. A temporary tooth may sometimes be connected soon after placement. Those are separate clinical decisions.

Immediate loading can work predictably in selected situations, but it depends heavily on primary implant stability, bone volume and quality, the need for grafting, implant position, bite forces, parafunctional habits such as clenching or grinding, and systemic or local risk factors. If those conditions are not favorable, allowing the implant to heal before placing it into function is often the safer plan.

At NONE32, “faster” is never used as a substitute for “appropriate for this patient.”
04

YOUR CT / CBCT IS PART OF THE STORY

Bone is not just height and width.

Three-dimensional imaging can help evaluate available bone and important anatomy such as the maxillary sinus or the mandibular nerve when it is clinically indicated. It helps us plan position, angulation and whether augmentation may be necessary.

Bone quality cannot be reduced to one number from a scan. Clinical stability at the time of placement, cortical thickness, trabecular structure, the condition of the extraction site and the surgeon’s intra-operative findings all contribute to the final decision.

  • Bone volume and anatomy
  • Gum and periodontal health
  • Bite, clenching and grinding
  • Smoking or vaping and oral hygiene
  • Medical history, medications and healing capacity
  • Whether grafting or sinus procedures are needed
05

HEALING TIME

Waiting is sometimes part of doing it well.

Implant treatment is often completed in stages. Conventional loading is generally defined as placing the implant into function more than two months after placement; early and immediate protocols shorten that interval in selected cases.

The exact timeline is individual. A grafted site, lower primary stability, compromised bone, infection management or complex reconstruction may extend treatment. The goal is not to force every patient into the same calendar.

06

WHAT PEOPLE ARE NOT ALWAYS TOLD

Implants still need maintenance.

An implant cannot develop a cavity, but the tissues around it can become inflamed or lose supporting bone. The crown, screw or other restorative components can also wear, loosen, chip or require maintenance over time.

Long-term success depends on home care, professional maintenance, controlling risk factors and returning when something feels different rather than waiting for a small problem to become a large one.

07

COMING FROM THE U.S.

Plan the return trip before the first procedure.

Cross-border implant treatment works best when the complete sequence is understood before surgery: diagnostics, surgery, healing, provisionalization if appropriate, final restoration and maintenance.

We communicate in English and Spanish and can provide treatment documentation for eligible out-of-network reimbursement. Insurance coverage and reimbursement are determined by the patient’s plan, not by the clinic.

THE NONE32 STANDARD

We get why you are asking.

Patients should not have to search a Facebook group to discover the question they wish they had asked before treatment. Our goal is to explain the plan, alternatives, limitations and expected sequence before you commit.

That does not mean every outcome can be guaranteed. It means uncertainty should be discussed honestly and the treatment should be built around the person in front of us.

WE GET IT. WE GOT YOU.

REAL PATIENT EXPERIENCES

Don't take the website's word for it.
